Whether you take care of children, an elderly parent or work for a home care company like Extended Family Care, you probably have come to realize that caregiving can be as stressful as it is rewarding. We want to help you reduce the stress of caregiving and for you to start taking care of you. We have found a FREE program aimed at taking care of caregivers called, Think Caregiver, that will benefit you, your client and your family members.
In nature, life has a natural flow. For many caregivers that flow is thrown off balance. Hope Grows’ Think Caregiver program helps to restore balance by bringing support and resources right to caregivers’ fingertips, in the comfort of their home, or wherever they happen to be.
Think Caregiver provides a phone support option, as well as a social interactive platform option. The program aims to promote wellness of mind, body, and spirit by offering caregivers easy access to support, information, and inspiration!
PHONE SUPPORT
Call 412-369-4673 from anywhere in the United States to opt in. You will receive check-in phone calls from one of Hope Grows’ supportive team members. While this program is not intended to replace medical attention or mental health counseling, it does offer the trained ear of a professional who can provide support and referrals when needed.
